Saya Anak Malaysia 2.0 Virtual Run 2026

Saya Anak Malaysia 2.0 is Ride Run Marathon's virtual challenge celebrating the cultures and landscapes of Sabah and Sarawak. This is the separately registered 2.0 edition, with its own red shirt and medal designs, rather than a duplicate of the 1.0 challenge.

Recording your activity

Complete the selected target in one session or accumulate it over several outings. The rules accept GPS-recorded outdoor running, treadmill distance, step-counter records and cycling. For step-counter submissions, the organiser uses 1,500 steps per kilometre. The advertised 21 km is a challenge target, not a certified half-marathon course.

Keep your original activity evidence and upload it through the registration provider's results system, or email the organiser with the subject 'Saya Anak Malaysia 2.0 Virtual Run'. Both activity and result submission finish on 31 December 2026. Confirm whether activity recorded before enrolment can count rather than assuming retrospective credit.

Registration and delivery

Registration closes on 30 November, not on the final running date. Howei lists entry and postage separately, whereas RaceXasia displays shipping-inclusive amounts before administration fees. Compare the final total for your delivery address before paying. Delivery outside Malaysia and Singapore requires prior organiser confirmation.

Details to check

The current event information consistently gives 2026 dates, but several shared FAQ entitlement lines still say 2025. Confirm the final printing and applicable dispatch batch with the organiser. Some registration-provider overview cards use 30 November as the event date; their detailed rules explicitly allow running and submissions through 31 December. There is no common start line or required travel to Malaysia.
