Chaoyang Binhe Half Marathon 2026

The Chaoyang Binhe Half Marathon 2026 takes place in Beijing's Chaoyang District on Sunday, 1 November, with a single 21.0975K race and a field capped at 6,000 runners. The event is listed as a China Athletics Association C-class road race and uses a relatively flat point-to-point route linking major sporting and park precincts in northern Beijing.

The first start is scheduled for 07:30 China Standard Time, followed by a second gun at 07:38. Runners begin on the North Central Axis Landscape Avenue between the Bird's Nest and Water Cube, then travel through Olympic Forest Park, the Qinghe riverside corridor and Wenyuhe Park before finishing on the east-bank lawn of Beijing Wenyuhe Park. Current organiser material divides entrants into A, B, C and D start zones using valid previous race results, and runners must start from their assigned zone.

Pre-registration opened at 10:00 on 30 September and closes at 18:00 on 8 October 2026. Entry is CNY 100. Applicants enter a ballot first, with successful runners then completing payment to secure their place. Participants must be at least 18 years old in 2026. Current registration guidance also requires applicants to have completed two in-person races of 10K or longer within the 24 months before the registration deadline; runners aged 65 or above have additional signed health and participation declarations at race-material collection.

The organiser has not yet published detailed race-pack collection times, final aid-station information, participant entitlements or prize details in the current public material reviewed, so those items are intentionally left open rather than copied from another event or edition.
