Event Detail
The 2026 Shineray Auto Chongqing Fuling Baiheliang Half Marathon (2026 鑫源汽车重庆涪陵白鹤梁半程马拉松) takes place on Sunday 8 November 2026 beside the Yangtze and Wu rivers in Fuling District. The race starts at 08:00 China Standard Time from Jinxiuzhou Square, which is also the advertised finish area. The single competitive distance is 21.0975km, with a published capacity of 10,000 runners.
A quick riverside half marathon
The course traces Fuling's broad Yangtze and Wu riverfronts, linking waterside views with the district's urban and cultural scenery. Organisers advertise a relatively flat profile with two turnaround points and approximately 50m total ascent, intended to suit runners chasing a personal best. November generally brings milder conditions in Chongqing, but entrants should prepare for the actual forecast rather than assume ideal running weather.
The organisers have applied for China Athletics Association Class A certification, according to the 2026 announcement; an application is not the same as a confirmed certification. Runners who need formally certified results for qualification should verify the final race status with the organiser.
Entry arrangements
The entry fee was CNY 150 per runner. Registration opened 20 August at 10:00 and closed 8 October at 23:59 China time, or earlier if the field filled; the event listing is now marked closed. Entrants could register through the Kaicheng Sports (开承体育) WeChat public account, the Digital Heartbeat app (数字心动) or the Yu Ai Pao (渝爱跑) mini-programme. The organiser's published enquiry telephone is +86 133 6825 1109, weekdays 09:30–12:00 and 13:30–17:00 local time. The precise 2026 race-pack collection venue, hours, shuttle arrangements and cut-off time were not verified and must not be assumed from previous editions.
Awards and team competition
The event's announced prizes include CNY 10,000 for each overall male and female champion, with cash awards through 30th place. Age-group awards cover 34 and under, 35–44, 45–54 and 55+, paying the top ten in each group, with age-group prizes of up to CNY 800. A course-record bonus of CNY 10,000 is advertised for the eligible record-breaker, and organisers describe additional recognition for a national record. The team competition includes participation-based prizes for the top 20 clubs (up to CNY 3,000) and team-speed awards to the top ten teams (up to CNY 5,000); team-speed results use ten runners, including at least three women. Teams should consult the Yu Ai Pao mini-programme for participation rules.
For final event instructions and any changes, consult the 2026 event/registration listing and the Chongqing government news-portal's organiser-supplied race announcement.
