Kebumen Half Marathon 2026

Kebumen Half Marathon 2026 is a road-running festival at Alun-Alun Pancasila Kebumen in Central Java on Sunday, 20 December 2026. Under the theme New Spirit, Relive the History, the organisers present running as a way to discover Kebumen's local culture and city streets. The three race distances cater to experienced half-marathon runners, intermediate road runners and families entering their first organised 5K.

Important correction: The organiser has published the category-specific starts above. The previously displayed 05:00 event time was an approximation; 04:45 WIB is the first official flag-off. All distances start/finish at Alun-Alun Pancasila Kebumen. The detailed road course and any traffic restrictions should be checked against the final participant guide.

Eligibility, cut-offs and race rules

The minimum ages are 17 for 21K, 12 for 10K and 7 for 5K. The organiser asks 21K entrants to have previously completed at least a 10 km road run; 10K entrants should have completed a 5 km road run. The 5K has no previous-distance qualification. Open and Master registration categories are listed on the current official TIAS booking page; confirm the applicable age-class rules with the organiser before choosing a category.

Race cut-off times are 3 hours 30 minutes for 21K, 2 hours 30 minutes for 10K and 1 hour 30 minutes for 5K. Finishers outside their cut-off are not entitled to a finisher medal under the published rules. Timing chips are used for race results, and the organiser distinguishes gun time for awards from individual chip timing. Keep the bib visible on the front, follow the marked course and marshal directions, and do not accept unauthorised race assistance.

Race-pack collection

Grand Kolopaking Hotel Kebumen is the organiser's confirmed race-pack collection venue:

• Friday 18 December: 10:00-18:00 WIB.
• Saturday 19 December: 09:00-19:00 WIB.

The organiser enforces a 'You Register, You Run' policy: race packs must be collected personally by the registered runner, with registration/payment confirmation and matching identity document. Collection by another person is not allowed. The published rules warn that failing to collect the pack or check in can be treated as a DNS (Did Not Start).

Entry status, refunds and changes

The current organiser-linked TIAS booking page lists Regular Open and Regular Master options for 5K, 10K and 21K. Entry fees are shown in ARC's race-category cards and exclude ticketing/bank administration charges, according to TIAS. Older early-bird packages should not be mistaken for currently available tickets. No exact general registration closing date was verified; the organiser may close a category when it fills.

Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable under the current organiser terms. For exceptional weather, lightning, security or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control, the race may be cancelled or changed; its published conditions state that fees may not be refunded in those circumstances. Runners should check the current entry agreement and official updates before paying.
