Tel-U Run 2026

Tel-U Run 2026 is the official road-running event of Telkom University Surabaya, bringing 5K and 10K runners to the university precinct on Sunday, 8 November 2026. Both distances are designed around organised race timing, course support and an on-campus community atmosphere. The organiser advertises a 05:00 WIB event start; participants should check their final bib and briefing for the start procedure of their specific category.

The two race options

• 5K: an approachable, timed road race suited to newer and recreational runners as well as those pursuing a shorter-distance personal best. The published cut-off is two hours.
• 10K: the longer competitive route for runners who want a sustained effort. The published cut-off is three hours.

The organiser lists chip timing, drinking water and refreshments, medical staff and ambulances as event support. A final detailed route map, road-closure arrangements and precise starting pens should be checked against the participant briefing rather than assumed.

Runner entitlements and eligibility

The event programme lists an official jersey, bib, timing chip, race merchandise, refreshments, accident insurance, a finisher medal for eligible finishers and an electronic completion certificate. Race-pack collection is scheduled for 6–7 November at Telkom University Surabaya, with the exact collection hours to be confirmed via organiser channels. Prize categories

The organiser advertises a combined IDR 54 million prize pool, including men's and women's podium awards in both distances and separate Master 45+ divisions:

• 5K overall: IDR 3 million, 2 million and 1 million for first to third place, for each gender.
• 10K overall: IDR 5 million, 4 million and 3 million for first to third place, for each gender.
• 5K Masters 45+: IDR 1.5 million, 1.25 million and 1 million for first to third place, for each gender.
• 10K Masters 45+: IDR 2 million, 1.75 million and 1.5 million for first to third place, for each gender.

Registration and final checks

The organiser advertises regular registration from 1 July to 31 October 2026, subject to places remaining, and lists normal fees of IDR 300,000 for 5K and IDR 400,000 for 10K.
