Hello Kitty Run 2026 brings a Sanrio-themed running event to the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City on Sunday, 29 November. The official Race Roster event page lists an overall event start of 03:00 Philippine time and four race choices: 1K, 3K, 5K and 10K. RUNRIO is the race organiser.

The event is designed as an accessible road run for both recreational runners and faster participants. The 10K is open to runners aged 16 and above. The 3K and 5K are open from age 13, while younger children may join those distances when accompanied by a registered parent or guardian. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

Timing is handled through the chip attached to each race bib, while official placings are determined by gun time. Runners arriving more than 15 minutes after their category's gun start will not be permitted to start. The organiser states that water stations will be provided approximately every 1.5 to 2 kilometres, with medical teams positioned at the start, finish and along the course. Walkers are permitted but are asked to keep right so quicker runners can pass.

Top-three male and female finishers in each category will be recognised on the main stage. Route maps, exact start and finish points, individual category gun times, and race-kit collection dates and venues are still awaiting organiser publication, so runners should check RUNRIO's official channels before race day.

Additional confirmed participant rules

The organiser's official Hello Kitty Run 2026 FAQ confirms that strollers, wheelchairs, bicycles and skates are not permitted on the race course; prospective family groups should review this restriction before registering. Walkers are welcome, provided they keep right to allow other runners through. A staffed baggage-deposit facility will be available at the race village; participants should leave valuables at home and arrive with enough time for the deposit queues. Water, route marshals, medical support and portable toilets are planned. All finishers are promised a medal, tote bag and beach towel. Unworn official shirts may be exchanged at the race-day Information Tent only if the requested size is available. The organiser says event-category changes, bib transfers and refunds are not permitted. Race-route road closures are expected; official closure timings and category-specific assembly points have not yet been announced. The online registration page still displays an entry option, but its actual checkout capacity cannot be confirmed without completing the registration flow.
